Toolcam V2.0 CNC Setup Sheet & Plotter Software

New Toolcam V2.0 3D Setup sheet/Run Time/Plotter Software
Toolcam, CNC machine center tooling & setup and run time documentation software is  the perfect addition to any CAD/CAM system, for Windows 95 and up. Toolcam is a fast and easy way to document CNC programs for your setup personnel. Most CAM systems today are capable of loading (and saving), blueprint files from other CAD systems, (DXF, SAT, DWG,  IGES ...) that can be used to generate geometry and tool paths. Toolcam can too. With just a click of a button, Toolcam can import 3D DXF files, image files and tool lists from any CAM system, to generate setup sheets for your setup personnel. With the new multi layer 3D graphics, Toolcam takes the quess work out of part setup. Toolcam is also library driven for quick and easy tool, fixture, machine and customer selections making Toolcam 5 times faster then any CAD/CAM setup sheet on the market. This software also comes with well documented online help files to help make learning the software fast and easy. The setup sheet you see below was created in less then 1 minute. See the main menu screen below. This software has been running in many shops in so/ca for over 10 years, and is reported to be bug free. See downloads for price.

Toolcam Tool Path/Run Time Plotter
Toolcam run time plotter reads finished cnc code files to generate and calculate actual tool path and run time. You can import the actual part image from the main screen, into the plotter window, and then run the tool path on top of the part image for a visual tool path check. The tool path you see on the plotter screen is the actual machine code that will be loaded into the cnc machine center. So, if it shows up on the screen, it's going in the cnc machine center. Toolcam uses the machine libraries tool change time and rapid travel feed rate to calculate a more accurate run time. The plotter will handle subroutines and multible work offsets as well. We think this is the most accurate way to calculate run time.
