NC Manager is a G code CNC editor with a very powerful punch. Convert single part programs into multi part production programs with just a click of the mouse. It handles just like most other word processing editors with all the bells and whistles and with many more tools specific to CNC programming. Edit multiple documents at the same time. Another very powerful tool also unique to NC Manager is the
[Merge Multi Operations] feature. This tool merges two different G code programs into one G code program. The same tools in each program may be merged together or different tools may be merged while preserving the tool change. Each creating new work offset as necessary. Great for doubling up multiple operations in one machine.

Other tools include [Translate], [Rotate], [Mirror], [Scale], [Axis Extents], all capable of moving or coping G code.

Another great tool is the [3D Run Time/Graphics Plotter] feature. After editing your program, test it in the 3D DXF file compatible G code plotter. View 3D tool path from the top, front and side. Also included is a [Machine] library, fully editable, that contains tool change, rapid travel and lag time settings and com port settings for communications. Other libraries include [G & M] code libraries that are also fully editable.

Last but not least, an extensive communication package to [Send/Receive] G code programs. All these great features can save a lot of time and money while generating high production programs for CNC machines.

These tools also make NC Manager much more user friendly and powerful for less knowledgeable crew members, allowing them to generate more complex high production programs with out the need to be a rocket scientist, therefore increasing productivity.

Most CAD/CAM software may or may not be able to do these things for you, or do to complexity, it may be more advantages and less time consuming to just create a single part program and let NC Manager do the rest. I must say, I have been in manufacturing for over 30 years and used a few CAD/CAM systems myself. I would not have gone to all the time and trouble to create this software if I didn‘t think it would make my life easer.
